Kids these days spend far too much time on their Playstation's and watching Netflix and are no way near as active as older generations was when they was kids.
So this class is designed almost like a Navy Seal/Marine style fitness circuit designed to push them physically and mentally and educate them on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and exercise. There is also a big importance of discipline and carrying on despite being tired and showing a positive attitude during hard times.
We have alot of equipment that gets used in our circuit such as mini olympic bars and kettlebells to teach them proper technique and develop strength and endurance. Along with the punchbags, airbike and ski machine to name a few.
This class is extremely popular and takes place on a Wednesday evening at 5:15pm
