Our Group Fitness Programmes Explained...

Our group fitness classes are designed to push the boundaries of all levels of ability and beyond.

If you want to lose weight, get fit or tone up fast then our Combat Fit and our Strength and Conditioning circuits are for you.

Whether you’re a complete beginner looking to get fit or you're a professional athlete our programmes will fully test you as we adapt the circuit station exercises to accommodate each individual's capabilities.

We push you as if you are a professional fighter, but without you ever getting hit like one!

What is Combat Fit?

Combat Fit is a high intensity circuit based around cardio and core strengthening drills. The aim of Combat Fit is to raise your heart rate and maintain a high intensity for the duration of time based rounds. You can expect to be pushed extremely hard on equipment such as the Rogue Echo Bike, Concept 2 Rower, Ski Erg, Bike Erg, Battleropes and more!

What about our Strength & Conditioning Circuits? he

Our Strength & Conditioning Circuits are tough, really tough. Your pushed to the limit as standard every single time. It's designed to get the best out of everyone despite your ability.

Expect to be put through brutal time based rounds using equipment such as the Rogue Echo Bike, Concept 2 Rower, Ski and Bike Erg. Barbells, Kettlebells, Dumbells, Plyosoft Boxes, Tractor Tyres & Sledgehammer and more!
