ADULTS GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Our group fitness classes are extremely popular and you won’t find a more supportive and welcoming environment regardless of your fitness level.
We are the only official ATHX Games, Deadly Dozen & Deka gym in Peterborough and surrounding areas. We are also an official Hyrox Gym too.
You can either pay per class (£12 cash) or join our Group Fitness membership. We don’t use a booking system either so you turn up to classes when you can make it.

ATHX GAMES | MONDAY’S 18:30 | 60mins
As Peterborough’s official ATHX gym, our programming reflects real ATHX race demands.
Every session develops:
Strength & power
Aerobic and anaerobic engine
Skills under fatigue
Race pacing and execution
Whether your goal is better fitness or stepping onto the competition floor, you’ll train with purpose.
This session is circuit based with stations including all of the movements/stations in the ATHX games plus others to help develop a well rounded athlete.
DEADLY DOZEN | TUESDAY’S 18:30 | 60mins
As Peterborough’s official Deadly Dozen gym, we hold official Deadly Dozen classes on Tuesday @ 18:30pm.
These classes are circuit based and cover all of the movements/stations found across all of the different Deadly Dozen gym and track races.
There are Barbell stations involved in this class too (to build on everyone’s Deadly Barbell events skills) so weight lifting gloves and weightlifting belt is advised.
HYROX | WEDNESDAY’S 18:30 | 60mins
We have complete beginners and HYROX Elite 15 members here at our gym. And we cater for you all.
The class itself is structured around the actual HYROX stations and ALOT of running too of course (as HYROX is a running based event).
You’ll be using all of the official HYROX competition kit too.
We regularly host our own full HYROX simulation events at our gym too which replicate the same full volume of the actual race.
LIFT | THURSDAY’S 18:30 | 60mins
Our Lift session on Thursday’s @ 18:30pm involve basic olympic lifting movements, dumbbells and machine based stations in a circuit environment.
We also spend time on technique also.
This class is all weights and 0 cardio. However don’t be fooled into thinking it’s easy as some say this is one of the hardest classes of the week.
Weightlifting belt is advised.
ATHLETE WOD | FRIDAY’S 18:15 | 45mins
Friday Athlete WOD (Workout of the Day) is where I create a high rep volume station based circuit and we all work our way through under a time cap to get it all done.
Expect to use pretty much every bit of kit in here during this class.
HYBRID ATHLETE TEAM | SATURDAY 9am | 60/90 MINUTES
Saturday morning Hybrid Athlete Team is where we combine aspects of ATHX, HYROX, DEADLY DOZEN & DEKA event stations and develop all areas of strength & conditioning to build a well rounded HYBRID ATHLETE.
Sessions vary from 60 to 90 minutes depending on the session plan.
