Premium Personal Training

For those seeking an even more personalised approach, we offer premium personal training services. We will work closely with you to develop a customised training program that takes into account your goals, abilities, and preferences. We offer premium personal training for both adults and juniors. Small private group sessions also welcome (subject to availability).

Group Fitness Classes

In addition to our personal training services, we also very proud of our extremely popular group fitness strength & conditioning circuits that cater to all different interests and fitness levels. Our circuits are diverse and adaptable to each individuals ability and provides a great experience for everyone involved.

Fat Attack Weight Loss Club

Our Fat Attack Weight Loss Club is essentially a small, group pt style programme for those with a BMI score of 31+.

This programme is specifically for those that really want to work out but wont be seen dead in a commercial gym environment. For reasons such as low confidence and worried about feeling “the biggest in the room”.

Everyone in this class is in the same boat and each person has to apply via a form (mailable on request) so i can make sure that everyone in the group is all in the same boat and we have the right vibe to make sure we can all as one work towards the goal of shifting weight/bodyfat and keeping it off.

We have had some amazing results so far to date.

Adults Boxing & Kickboxing Classes

Boxing & Kickboxing classes are very popular here at AJ’s Gym Peterborough. All levels of ability are welcome to these classes. 90% of attendees to these classes are beginner level or here for fun with no intention of competing and do it for fitness and improve their mental health. There is a path of progression for those that would like to compete in both boxing and/or kickboxing.

Junior Fitness, Boxing & Kickboxing

We offer a programme for Juniors (strictly 10+) combining fitness, strength & conditioning training, boxing & kickboxing. Classes are on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday 17:30pm.
