DEADLY DOZEN BARBELL

6 Lifts • 12 Reps • 60 Minutes

DEADLY BARBELL.
A full-body test built around six classic barbell lifts, performed for 2-rep maxes, all completed within a 60-minute cutoff.



THE SIX LIFTS

1️⃣ Snatch
Muscle, power or full (squat) snatch — you choose.

2️⃣ Clean & Jerk
Perform a muscle, power or full (squat) clean, plus a push, power, split, squat jerk, push press or strict press.

3️⃣ Deadlift
Conventional or sumo — your call.

4️⃣ Strict Press
A strict shoulder-to-overhead press.
No dip. No leg drive. Just raw strength.

5️⃣ Squat
Back or front squat.

6️⃣ Bench Press
Flat bench press.



🕒 HOW IT WORKS

▶ Lifters work up to a 2RM on each lift.
▶ Perform as many or as few sets as you need.
▶ You have 60 minutes total to complete all six lifts
 (no time limit per lift).
▶ You’ll receive two scores:
• Total Score – combined weight of all 6x 2RMs
• Relative Score – total score ÷ bodyweight
▶ All scores appear on the Global Leaderboard.

The Deadly Dozen Air Bike is a challenging fitness race variation where athletes complete 12 intense exercise stations (called "Labours") interspersed with bouts of high-intensity cycling on an air bike, often requiring 24 calories per interval, designed to test functional fitness, stamina, and mental toughness, offering an accessible yet brutal workout within the larger Deadly Dozen fitness challenge system

Deadly Dozen ERG

DEADLY ERG is a Deadly Dozen Gym Race that involves a 1 Mile (1.6km) Row ERG to start, followed by the 1st 6 Labours (Exercise Stations), then a 1 Mile (1.6km) Ski ERG in the middle, followed by the 2nd 6 Labours, then a 1 Mile (1.6km) Bike ERG to finish. Enter Solo or Team.
