Tiny Heartbeat Heroes UK
Tiny Heartbeat Heroes UK is a UK registered charity founded by Alan (AJ) Jeffrey, owner of AJ’s Gym Peterborough and his partner Bernie after a life changing experience with their 7 week old son.
When he was 7 weeks old he suddenly stopped breathing and we had to perform CPR to keep him alive until emergency help arrived.
From that experience, Tiny Heartbeat Heroes UK was created to give parents, carers and families the confidence to act in a paediatric emergency.
Our charity hosts Paediatric CPR & Choking Workshops all around the UK FREE OF CHARGE for parents/carers.
Our workshops are taught by medical professionals such as currently serving Paramedics, Doctors and MAGPAS Air Ambulance.
AJ’s Gym Peterborough is proud to be closely connected to Tiny Heartbeat Heroes UK. The gym has supported the charity from day 1 through fundraising events, community awareness, venue support and helping more families access potentially life saving education.
Tiny Heartbeat Heroes UK is not a business. It is a registered charity built from real lived experience, with one clear mission…
To make sure no parent or carer feels completely unprepared if they ever face the same situation.
You can learn more about the charity, book onto a free workshop, donate, or contact the team through the official Tiny Heartbeat Heroes UK official website here
