DEADLY BARBELL.
A full-body test built around six classic barbell lifts, performed for 2-rep maxes, all completed within a 60-minute cutoff.



THE SIX LIFTS

1️⃣ Snatch
Muscle, power or full (squat) snatch — you choose.

2️⃣ Clean & Jerk
Perform a muscle, power or full (squat) clean, plus a push, power, split, squat jerk, push press or strict press.

3️⃣ Deadlift
Conventional or sumo — your call.

4️⃣ Strict Press
A strict shoulder-to-overhead press.
No dip. No leg drive. Just raw strength.

5️⃣ Squat
Back or front squat.

6️⃣ Bench Press
Flat bench press.



🕒 HOW IT WORKS

▶ Lifters work up to a 2RM on each lift.
▶ Perform as many or as few sets as you need.
▶ You have 60 minutes total to complete all six lifts
 (no time limit per lift).
▶ You’ll receive two scores:
• Total Score – combined weight of all 6x 2RMs
• Relative Score – total score ÷ bodyweight
▶ All scores appear on the Global Leaderboard.
