This group is aimed at all women who want to get fit in a small group environment in our private PT studio.

These sessions are pretty much group personal training at a fraction of the price of one to one training.

Sessions take place on a Tuesday & Thursday 5:45pm for 45 minutes.

Each session is different where we mix together cardio and weights but you go at your own pace and make progress each workout.

This group really makes a difference we have had multiple women lose upto 25kg so far and still going strong.

You also have access to the regular circuit classes on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:15pm and a Saturday morning at 09:45.
